March 25: Make a Difference Day, 10am–2:30pm at the Cambridgeport School
Our largest service event gives families an opportunity to spruce up the school with building improvement projects.
March 24 Kick-Off: All-School Read-a-Thon Fundraiser
In collaboration with our school librarian Ms. Van Auken, we celebrate the joy of reading with students grades k-5. One of our biggest fundraisers of the year raising over $5000 in direct donations.
May 20: The Spring Fling, 2–5pm at Greene-Rose Park
Our biggest event of the year celebrated for the first time outside! Events include obstacle courses, crafts, seed planting, a petting zoo and a raffle featuring generous donations from the CPORT community.
Wednesday, December 21: Winter Solstice Lantern Stroll
A free community event where students are invited to craft their own lanterns, share in a cup of hot cocoa and join in lantern lit stroll through the neighborhood. A lovely winter celebration!
Wednesday, November 23: Turkey Trot & Bake Sale
A fun run around Greene-Rose Heritage Park is the perfect pre-holiday event!
Wednesday, November 21: Pie Sale Fundraiser
Bake a pie, buy a pie, either way it’s a delicious way to support the CPORT community!

A casual meetup on the playground to connect with new and returning families.

Students are invited to share their talents from somersaults to magic tricks to boogie boarding. All talents welcome!

The CPTO staffs a lemonade stand at Inman Eats to raise money for the CPTO.

March: CPORT Coloring Book
New this year, students are invited to share a coloring page for the coloring book. Once collected, perfected and printed, the books will be available for sale. A great way to showcase our students’ artwork!

Friday, September 20: PARKing Day
Stop by as CPORT joins the City of Cambridge in their annual celebration of community and all things Cambridge. We’ll be on Broadway around the corner from school.
Wednesday, October 16: Early Learners Dinner
An opportunity for JK and K families to gather to get to know one another and learn more about Cambridgeport. Hosted by Principal Katie and Family Liaison Kristen with free buffet dinner provided by the CPTO.
Friday, November 15: Movie Night
Cinderella starring Brandy and Whitney Houston. Hosted by Kristen Emack, our Family Liaison, with free pizza dinner provided by the CPTO.
Wednesday, November 27: Turkey Trot & Thanksgiving Pie Sale
A fun run around Sennott Park is the perfect pre-holiday event! Pies are available for pre-order or at the event.
