Support the Big Picture! Serve as an Officer or Director
If you would like to have more involvement in the decision-making, planning, and overall organization of the CPTO, please consider volunteering to be an officer!
It is a rewarding and fulfilling position and a great way to contribute to the school. The positions are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. We also have a Director of Communications.
Interested in serving? Officers are elected at the final (June) meeting of each school year. The next election is at the meeting on June 13, 2024.
Per the organization’s bylaws, “Any Member may nominate any eligible person, including himself or herself. Nominations may be made in writing or from the floor of the Meeting at which the Directors are being elected.”
Follow Your Interests! Serve on a Committee
If you can’t attend a regular meeting or have a specific passion you’d like to channel, serve on one of our committees. Committees working and meeting schedule are determined by the agreement of committee members.
