Support the Big Picture: Serve as an Officer!

It is a rewarding position and important contribution to the school community. Officer positions include:

Distributes meeting agendas, takes meeting minutes, ensures minutes are approved and posted publicly.
Officers are elected at the final meeting of each school year in June. Per the organization’s bylaws, “Any Member may nominate any eligible person, including himself or herself. Nominations may be made in writing or from the floor of the Meeting at which the Directors are being elected.”
We are eager to engage anyone with interest in serving!
If you can’t attend in person, please share your interest with the Officers (officers@cambridgeportpto.org), the school’s Parent Liaison, Kristen Emack (kemack@cpsd.us) or anyone else who can help ensure your name gets onto the ballot, regardless of your in-person attendance.

Follow Your Interests: Lead an Initiative or Serve on a Committee!
