Our CPTO meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday of each month.
Meetings are held on the school playground when weather permits, or in the school cafeteria. Meetings are open to all members of the school community. Any amount of time you are able to attend is appreciated!

Curious about what happens in our meetings? Take a look at our past/present PTO Agendas. In general, most of our meetings involve updates on upcoming events and mapping out a to-do list of what needs to happen next. A lot of planning happens during this time and identifying folks who would like the take the lead on various projects. We’ll share updates on spending and future funding needs. We’ll also brainstorm on new events and fundraising ideas. This is also a time where will discuss and address any pertinent issues.
Attending a CPTO meeting is a great way to learn more about what is happening the school, events, and how you can get involved. The more voices, ideas and volunteers, the better we can support our school community!!
